Open Gym
Open Gym is provided for you to come in and work on your strength, mobility, prehab/rehab or practice skills performed in CrossFit. A qualified Coach is present at all times to give you a hand with anything you need.
CROSSFIT WOD
"Workout of the day" - These sessions will include a warm up, mobility, a skill and the workout. Due to the nature of CrossFit this may vary from day to day and can be scaled to suit anyone.
Elements (by appointment)
The elements program will provide you with the basic skills you’ll need to participate in our Workout of the Day (“WOD”). You will be taken through progressions of body weight movement patterns, gymnastic skills and be introduced to primary lifts including barbells, kettlebells, med-balls and Olympic lifting. These classes will help you build your understanding of the different crossfit movements and terminology as well as teach you how to scale more difficult movements to your ability.
OLYMPIC LIFTING
Olympic lifts are the 'Snatch' and 'Clean and Jerk' - all or parts of these lifts are incorporated in many CrossFit sessions. They demonstrate explosive strength with grace and functionality.
FREE TRIAL
This is a FREE class for people to come and "try it out" it will cover the basics and give you a glimpse of what to expect in CrossFit. Space is limited in this class so BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.

30 min EXPRESS WOD
The EXPRESS WOD is a 30min class designed to increase your aerobic thresholds, enhance fat utilisation and loss and improve your overall athletic performance. This class utilises Crossfit functional movements with the exception of barbell movements, it will complement the avid crossfitter and anyone looking to sweat, train hard and have FUN!
30 min warm up & WOD
This is a 30min short and sharp Crossfit Class includes a specific Warm Up and the Workout of the day (WOD). Depending on the duration of the workout this class may also include extra elements such as Gymnastic and Skill Practice. This in and out class is the perfect option to fit your busy schedule.
